Our return policy is to offer a full refund of the product price, shipping not included, if you are unsatisfied for any reason. However, the customer is responsible for returning the product in a resell-able condition (unopened and undamaged packaging) and paying for all shipping costs. If you plan to make a return we need to be notified within one (1) week of your receipt if our products.
We do not offer exchange before sending your item back to us. Please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied.
The product you wish to return must be:
- Unused and not damaged
- Sent in original packaging
Returns and exchanges will only be made once all of the items have been received at Shuree’s Organics, LLC, and must be shipped from the United States.
Also, make sure to include a copy of your receipt to your returned item.

For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS...). We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
